Poor... Customer Service, Remanufactured Parts, Follow-up and Business Practices Phoenix, AZ 85043

1. My car has been out of commission now since September waiting on this company to get the warranty work done on my tranny and get it shipped back to the repair company.

2. They shipped it to the wrong address after finally getting it after several months and the company refused it and it was returned to Arizona.

3. It was shipped again but was defective. Waited another 2 months to get the repaired parts.

4. Warranty only pays for $35.00/hr labor rate... Those must be 1967 labor rates!

5. They sent me a check for the warranty repair costs... IT BOUNCED! I'm still trying to collect the check amount, the bank fees and the overdraft fees that happened from their check bouncing.

6.By the time I get the car back and in running condition, the 3 yr warranty will have expired at this rate.

7. Think TWICE BEFORE you buy from them.

8. If you are in Oregon... Choose Cordray's Transmissions in Albany, Oregon... Their guarantee/warranty is really a great one! Glad I had that on my truck, wish I'd had it on my car!
