This was a brand new fully loaded truck with every option available. It was driven straight from the dealer to CarMax. They refused to look at the sticker, which showed $49,000 and options that could not be seen by just looking at the truck. They said, "We don't list cars that way". However, if you look at new cars on their web site they show MSRP and their "reduced" price.
Don't expect to get "fair market value" for your vehicle if you go there. They had similar trucks for sale for $42,000. They wanted to make $19,000 clear profit with their offer of $23,000. The only cost for them would have been advertising on a web site that they already pay for. Essentially no cost.
Buyer/seller beware... It's a rip off!
