Sold me defective goods and refuses to remedy Santa Fe Springs

Purchased set of motorcycle wheels and one was defective. I sent it back 2 months ago and pat curran refuses to refund me or replace. I have had a bad experience with this company's products and service. Pat curran supposedly runs the company but jerks me around about correcting their defective products and makes his customers suffer through any correction process. His service is extremly slow. The remedies are simple an fast&he makes them very painful. He never tells the truth and i am always having to threat legal action. My reports to the bbb and legal action are the only things he responds to. He rarley responds to my e-mails and never answers his phone. Once in a blue moon he will return a call. He needs to be investigated by the trade commission and FBI.
