Yo! I ordered rims 4/22/08. Five weeks go by, still no rims. I called regularly in hopes of resolving the matter. Once i did get to talk to someone they said they couldn't get the style rims i ordered. (yall couldn't let me know that 5weeks prior tho).

I immediately cancelled my order, then he gave me the whole 20% cancelation fee speech. It's 6/10/08 i still did'nt get my money from them. I washed my hands with this company and let the Attorney General of my state handle it. Oh! An if you sent your money Western Union, notify them also they have a fraud dept. That deal directly with law enforcement. (Good luck)
To the owners of lowrider magazine yall should drop the ad ran by this fraudulent company city tire & wheel. People are going to shy away from ordering out your magazine. Ya boy Ty (peace)
