I too had an issue with them but fortunately I bought my keyless remote through their e-bay store and had to file a claim against them through paypal. I was refunded my money after about 16 weeks but if you happened to pay by credit card, contact your card issuer and dispute the charges.
The first clue that these guys are not legit are the P.O. Box they give as a business address. Any legit business has a "physical" address which to conduct business from. Good luck!
