Don't ship your cars/goods with Indigo Logistics - They're just a Warehouse! They will Waste your TIME and MONEY!

I filed a complaint with Federal Maritime Commission.
Here is what my letter stated,

In the beggining of the April, I sent my 3 cars to Indigo Logistics from Phoenix to Atlanta on the basis of our agreemnt that they will ship them to my desired destination. They did not live up to their promise time-wise and price-wise. Every week I called them, the contact person (Anton) told me he was taking care of it, but after more than a month, they without notice increased the agreed price on me and eventually told me they won't ship it.

I strongly believe, I was ripped off by their unprofessional and simply illegal actions of not full disclosure of the information to the customer. I spent $2,400 to ship my cars after many conversations about the total price for the shipment. Anton told me (promised) to send me the invoice, which he never did after more than a month and also by increasing it significantly.

I also spent now 2 months and still havent shipped the cars. After I found another shipper, Indigo Logistics, lost one of the cars keys which delayed my shipment by two weeks, and also didn't send the titles on time as they promised.

I sincerely ask that Office of Inspetor General take some actions against the Indigo Logistics and preserve Consumer Protection Laws of the United States.
I urge you to take away their business license. They lied about who they actually are, which is simply a WAREHOUSE, even though they advertise as a International Shipper/Freight Forwarder. Because of their lies that they stated in their website http://www.indigologistics.Us/index.php

I spent $2,400 on towing expenses and wasted close to two months, simply for NOTHING. Please help the consumers not to make the same mistake I did, and stop this fraudulent company from operating.
