Sales And Finance Cars that arent what they appear to be!

I purchased on May 5th a 530i BMW 2005

To find!

It is a 2004 that had been involved in an accident (told by the bmw dealer ship)

Then to make the matter worse I traded my vehicle in and they have not paid my old loan of with HSBC!!!
Still have no registration docs or plates

BMW had to repair the following

New front window
new battery
new battery leads (bmw have amechanism to make them cut in an accident ot reduce fire hazard) the positive lead was held together with electrical tape!
New air bag pillar covers in the front (perhaps the bags went off?)

I see the other reports with similar experence, what do i do?
