In Bumpertime's attempt to repair a minor scuff to my new vehicle's front bumper, Bumpertime caused greater damage by buffing the paint off of the bumper turning a barely noticeable scuff into a very noticeable quarter size chip. I was completely misled in the capabilities of the Company. Credibility of the company now in question since they refuse to pay originally agreed upon amount for damages incurred.
