I did not get my refund for returned parts

I purchase two brake callipers for my vehicle. The sales person told me that I would receive some money for my old callipers. I sent my old callipers on the address they gave me and I used the mailing slip they provided me with. I never received my money for that. When I called, the sales person was practically ignoring me telling me that they never received my old part. I know for fact that they did, because I was tracking my mail (my package). Honesty is a big deal and I am not doing any longer business with them.
