They will Steal From YOu! Arlington Heights

WE brought our rim and tire there Monday to be fixed. It was from a BMW. They called us later and said they can't fix it but they have another tire they can sell us. My husband said he would pick it up tomorrow. He went there to get it, and the manager Roy said he had no idea what we were talking about, we never dropped off a tire. He then found the receipt of the drop off and said "oh some one picked it up already" No one ever picked it up! I called DAvid White the co-owner of that store and he said "too bad for you, you never dropped a tire off, and we are not going to do anything to help you."

I then called the owner of the company Bob Stretch and he said the same thing. He said they will not do anything for us because his manager said we never dropped it off. His manager is a high school drop out. I can not believe that this is how they run a business. I have heard from other people that they tell people this all the time, when really they steal the rim and tire, and tell people it can't be fixed. They then ship them to other locations, fix them and resell them. We want our property back. They stole a $600 rim and tire from us.
