On July l7, $359.40 was deducted from my account. I returned the package July 25, after being asssured that my money would be refunded. I have been calling periodically and have been told: Yes, the package was received; Someone will be getting back with you in 72 hrs., etc. Yesterday was the first time someone gave me your e-mail address. My husband expired Jan 31, and I would appreciate getting my refund back and closing this matter.
