Riped off old retired man on disability. Sold no good, car took car back, did not refund money

I bought a 2002 acura mdx with 129000 miles off ebay from vehicle specialists in florida. I live in va. 23005. The ad said the suv ran good and transmission was good. When I drove the suv I noticed the transmission did not shift correctly. I had the suve checked out at acura dealer they said it would take 4600 to fix. I told the man I bought it from and he said to try to sell it I took it to carmax and others they said they would pay 6000. The man I bought it from then said to send it back to him and he would send me 8000. Well I had paid him 9500 but I agreed to send it back to him for 8000. I send the suv back to him. And will not refund any of my money. What do I do. I am an lod retired disability man with not much money. His name is andrew jackson and he is owner of vehicle specialists.
