I purchased a used chrysler lebaron from e-z pay auto in sullivan gardens tenn. From ron morrison & connie morrison. The a.C. Unit did not work but they agreed to repair it after the deal was made. I purchased it for $3500.00.

After paying almost $16oo. Oo. He still would not make the proper repairs. We took it to him to repair but he replaced the worn-out part with another bad unit.

We refused to pay him any more money until the a.C. Was repaired. They then immediately repossed the car. My wife & i were sent a letter stateing that if they could not resale the car for the amount still owed, that we would be responsible for that sum.

They turned around & sold the car again for the full $3500.00 to another person. Well they then turned the remaining balnance that we owed over to a collection agency. I realize they are a new business. But this was done because they cannot make a ligitamate go of their business.

They have ruined our credit & put us in a situation where we had to file chapter 7. They are defrauding the govt. You see this way they can use it as a tax write off. I have found out they have a habit of doing this type of business.

Ron is an ex sheriffs deputy, and was removed from his last business partnership with meadowview auto sales because of his poor & fraudulent business practices.
