Payments processed late illegal fees harassing phone calls

I always mail my payments approximately two weeks early, but they are apparently processed approxiately two weeks pat due date, as I receive harassing phone calls/messages. Illegal fees are added to my account.

I don't recall why I chose Drive, but I'll remember not to do business with this company again.
