Lied, Cheated, Violated Laws, Towed Car Without My Consent Or Police Consent

I was involved in an auto accident, and this company thought it would be a good idea to tow my car, without any consent, from me or the local police department, and towed it to a place where they refused to tell me until Monday (three days later) where it was located.

Furthermore, charged me to have it towed there, stored, and woouldn't release it until I paid them the money. They did not give me the option to have the car towed to my residence, and charged me for this as well. I am very unhappy with them.
