Oil scam

After informing the techs that I needed to have a high grade oil in my car, they told me that they had put it in the car. However, the oil quickly burned up, so I always expected that something was not right with the oil. Once when I went in for a top-off, they guy was starting to use a different lower grade oil out of the automatic pumps and I told him that I wanted the other kind. He told me they were 'out'. I told him I want to check with the manager because how can they be 'out', but he just started filling up the car, so it was useless at that point. I asked for a manager and somebody who probably was not the manager came over... We argued and I left.

Another time, I went in and told the guy I wanted to watch him put the oil in, he had to get this high grade oil from the storage area (it was not in the usual chambers that they use to pump out the oil). After that, I realized that they had never been getting this oil out of storage and they were just filling my car with whatever they wanted and lying about it. I haven't been back there since.
