Tamiami Chrysler Jeep
A part of a new jeep i purchased last May was given to another customer i they it was never replaced

I purchased a new Jeep Liberty Back in May 17th and the sales man told me that they had to use my rear wheel cover for another customer. I was not happy about that, but being that they promised to get me one the following week, I said well, I guess that's ok. Almost a year later and numerous calls and trips to the dealer, I'm still trying to get my wheel cover and now they want me to show them proof that the Jeep's window sticker says that indeed it came with one, so I did. Today I finally had it with them when the sales manager (Mr. Carlos Condona) got very rude, loud and tried to intimidated me and told me to were to go and hanged up the phone
on me... Well I just wanted to let you folks know what kind of image the management of Tamiami Jeep is giving this great company. And they say that they're a FIVE STAR DEALERSHIP That is false advertising at its best! I'm also reporting this issue to all the local Medias and to the Better Business Bureau because i really feel that the way they're conducting their business is very unfair both to the customer's and to the Chrysler Corporation. I'm really sorry that it had to get to this. I've owned several Jeeps and I know that they're great vehicles it's just the people chosen to sell them to the consumers. Can you folks assist me with this issue with out me having to deal with Tamiami Jeep any longer? Please advice. Thanks in advance for the courtesy of a quick response! P/S I would like for this matter to reach the attention of Mr. Daimler Chrysler!
