Engine Ripoff and Problems Ignored

November 28 my 1998 Buick Skylark went into the NAPA Auto Care facility for the replacement of an engine. Little to my knowledge did I know the upcoming chaos to follow. Since that time period I have taken my car back four times, and an excuse of something else being wrong was reported and real reason was ignored. From tires, to oil, to transmission, to antifreeze leakage, the run around continues. The owner ignores his customers and was too lazy to actually look at the entire engine. Finally, I had Fletchers Auto look at my engine, and they reported I needed a new engine because what I had in my car was a junk yard piece of metal, and the surrounding pieces were shoved in and didn't belong in my car. The intial transaction reported the car getting a 40k mile used engine. Fletchers reported it was much older than that and the connecting rod was bad, meaning I needed a new engine. Fletchers also quoted me at a 46k mile engine plus labor at $2300. Not $3200 for the junk at NAPA. The owner still to this day continues to ignore the problem and continues to ignore it's a bad engine. He is fixing it until the warranty runs out then I am in trouble because I have to put out more money. NAPA Auto Care gave me a junk yard piece of junk and not what they promised and even refuse to fix the problem they were supposed to fix.
