Lowered Credit Score by 150 point's due to non-payment of a vehicle traded in

Back in February, February 8 to be exact. I traded in my 2008 Altima Coupe for a Maxima SL. My vehicle was funded by NMAC on the 22nd of the month but NMAC did not recieve the funds for the other vehicle until March 27. We all know that when trading in a vehicle you get a 10 or 20 payoff. I know that we all can see that it was outside that window. Now I have a credit score of 546 when a month ago I was a 685. This is truely ridiculous, no response from the New Car Manager, the Finance Manager, or the General Manager to date.

My advice. Work with honest people who have your best interest at heart.
