Took my money but haven't received our part

I agree with other reports filed here. We placed an order online using visa debit card on 3-3-08 was told part would come UPS about 7-10 days. Well it is now 4-4-08 and part still has not arrived. They had no problem taking the money on 3-11-08 - I'm tired of the run around I'm getting and have decided to dispute the Visa debit transaction with my bank. Hopefully I will either get the part or they will refund my money!!! This company based on everything I've read here should not be allowed to do business online.
