Unprofessional service!

My dad is ill and demands huge healthcare. It is costly. I dropped behind by 9 TIMES in my own vehicle cost and Westlake Financial named me. Mr. Romero questioned me that which was happening therefore I told him. Then he proceeded to inform me that my dad being ill has nothing related to not producing my car payments. I expected him, "Why did you request should younot actually care?" Then Mr. Poyton and that I decided to stagger the funds. He requested that I send over many files to show my home, office, revenue, along with a notice accepting towards the staggered funds THEY recommended. I did so that. Later that evening a "Repo" guy found my house seeking me. He didn't possess a business-card or id. My dad questioned him to depart our home. I named Westlake and requested him that which was happening. Mr. Romero stated that he didn't agree the notice and my vehicle would be reclaimed. I expected for his boss and he flat-out declined to provide me the info. I named eight various divisions, eight differing times and that I was aimed to Mr. Romero every single moment. I ultimately needed to create a notice towards the Leader of the Organization. He's yet to react. Exactly what a shock

The prior article is directly on. The corporation is horrible and that I wouldn't suggest them to anybody. If a car dealer provides you with financing from Westlake Economic, run as far-away while you could. You deserve greater customer support and professionalism than the corporation.
