Unethical salesmen - Ripoff - Terrible Service

When I bought a used car Honda Civic EX, in May from Gurley Leep Automotive they informed me that I would not need to have my timing belt replaced even though the car had over 100,000 miles. The salesmen said it was not this model. Ten months later, when I took my car to a certified Honda dealer to be serviced I was informed I would need to have my belt replaced immediately.

Now Gurley Leep Honda will not help pay for this replacement after they said it would not need to be done. They said since the salesmen did not write his words down on paper that they wouldn't help with the cost. I would not have bought the car, or for not as much as I did, if they had been honest. If an employee of Gurley Leep Automotive says one thing then the company should have to stand by their workers.

I recommend not going to Gurley Leep Honda, or any of their affiliates, as they will not be honest with you. They're only interested in your money not long term service.
