Unprofessional rude childish vindictive

P2PTRANSPORT is comprised of a group or family of rude New Yorkers transplanted to central Florida. On Feb 1st, they took a $99 deposit from me for a pick up date of Feb 20th.By the 24th of Feb they had not even started working on my vehicle. I spoke with their people several times, they were smug and vindictive. On 6 March, i requested that the $99 deposit be returned to me, they told me that refunds would be completed the following Monday March 10th. Its now March 19th and i have not recieved a check for the refund as i was told. I called P2P again today and was told that they dont have time to process refunds everyday, ill have to wait till the end of the month to recieve a credit back on my card. So first i was told theres no way to credit a card and i would have to wait for a check to i will recieve a credit back on my card but i have to wait till the end of the month. These people are not only bad at their jobs, they are rude to boot... DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RUDE CHILDREN!!!
