Has promised to return overpayment on shipping $108.45 and also core charges $500.00

I purchased wheels, tires, rotors, and pulley from Pat of American Revolution Inc. They over charged me on the shipping of $108.45. I was told at the time of receiving the invoice that they would credit my credit card. This started on 8/24. My core fees of $500.00 was to be returned by 01/31.

As of today 3/18 I have received nothing. I have been on live chat with the company and was told it would take a couple of weeks to process. I am also filing a formal complaint with the LA County District Attorney consumer protection dept.
