Criminal Enterprise

I have had it with PepBoys. Their auto repair division as far as I am concerned, is a criminal enterprise. NEVER have I dealt with auto repair personnel who BLATANTLY and OPENLY lie to you and continuously attempt to UPSELL you products you do not need and this happens at EVERY PopBoys, every time I have gone there. I had an alignment done in Burbank 3-14 and not only did they rip me off on that, ($235.00 - okay, I needed a camber kit still it's a ripoff) they did not even do it right, the steering wheel was NOT centered properly and the reason why? So their service GOONS could try to upsell me four new tires to correct the "problem" Well boo-hoo-hoo on them, because I KNOW too much, I've only been driving for 40 years! They need a sting operation on them at every store, bring in some federal marshals or something, close the place down. Let me say this again: The Pep Boys auto repair division is A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE.
