Brakes Plus Sucks... Hey what a good rhyme!

In taking our car to Brakes Plus Sucks our car is now sitting over 100 miles from our house with a blown engine! And tring to get them to RE-fix it yes re-fix the job that we paid for. A simple gasket replacement. Wich resolved in them putting in a junkyard enine because thier incompitanc as mechanich? They must have done the job wrong because they replaced the engine at thier enpense. What company would do something like that if it wasn't something they did or didnt do that would cause an engine to go to hell within 300 miles of driving off thier lot? They replaced the gasket on the junkyard engine{same gasket} and that engine is no good no more!

With all the complaints im finding around on the net, i am wondering how this place is still in business. Ive see outright lies to customes. Flat out fraud etc etc. So how would a stupid ignorant person like me get all these complaintant together and file a suit against them? Maybe i allready know. Seems to me the way i was threatened and talked down to brakes plus has had a good dealing with this type off stuff. Who or could, within a few minutes be able to think up a way to get a consume to 'dissaper', so to say,? Would any honest company even have words in thier vocabulary? This is one of those companies where, you get transfered, no return calls, all kinds of differant stories. Its a way of dumping on a consumer. Really frustrating. Well Brakes Plus i am NOT going to stop complaining! This is just the start. You attorneys know all this stuff so they know i'll be suing at small claims next. I won't waste my time with the BBB. It seems there are only a couple of complaints against you there strange! Yes people Small Claims is the place. Oh and do take with you and much paper as you can INCLUDING complaint for the internet. PLEASE use mine as the first. At this point, i DO what these people in court. Do NOT let this company fu* any more people out of thier HONEST hard earned money. Me or even you maybe be the one that get the Gov't to finally close this place down! Read the complints! I will be getting the website up BrakesPlus warning. Hopefull we can get everyone thats been ripedoff by these people all in one place and presesnt ALL of this to the courts. Like i said these idiots dont even know where the motor that they put in the car came from. Is that a BJ or what? Yea they sh* on me real good. The engine has a one year warenttee on it BUT who do i take it to to have it exchanged? Still about 8 mounths left on it.
