Crooks, thieves, rip-offs

I ordered a black, Roketa MC-54B Machoman260 from these people online at www.scooterdemand.com. I was contacted a day AFTER the sale to tell me they didn't have black and would take a week more to get a black one. I ask about the available colors, and silver was the option. Ship it I say.

10 days later it arrives via 18 wheeler. I specified in my order that a straight truck was ALL that I could accept as an 18 wheeler has no access to my drive. I was fortunate enough the trucker HAPPENED to stop by my place of employment for directions. I told him I specified NO 18 wheelers on my order. It was off-loaded on the parking lot at my job. After trailering the bike home in the crate, we uncrated the next day to find the wrong bike. This is an MC-54. NO B.

After doing the assembly and changing the coolant to a decent American anti freeze, I found that it showed to be running hot. This was diagnosed as a defective temperature sensor and ignored. A local ATV dealer mechanic wired the fan to run all-times as it never came on.

Two weeks of driving on and off due to inclimate weather (245.5 miles) the engine abruptly quit. No amount of cranking would start it. Two bike shops and two weeks later I'm told the engine's burned up. Needs a new one. They say the piston and rings are burned.

Scooterdemand.com has in the meantime closed up shop and the only response I get after 3 e-mails is they'd gladly ship me an engine. Ok. Eventually they tell me they'll ship me rings and a piston. Kinda OK. NOW, I'll have to get my parts shipped from China myself. UNACCEPTABLE!

Would someone PLEASE file a Class-Action lawsuit against these birds so we can ALL get our money back?
