I purchased a 100,000 miles auto warranty for $ 1,092.00 from warranty experts

Cars & Transport

In November I purchased a 100,000 miles auto warranty coverage from Warranty Experts for $ 1,092.00. Up until 02/19/08 I did not any repairs on my wife 2005 CRV-Honda. I call Warranty Experts to review my coverage for the replacement of the driver side window regulator. I was not able to reach anyone, so I left several message for Jason Flowers, the person who sold me the warranty back in 2005. I still have a copy of the original contract showing all the coverages on our CRV up to 100,000 miles. On 02/20/08 I took my vehicle to Jay Wolfe Honda in Kansas City for the replacement of the driver side window regulator. The Dealership prior to repairs called Warranty Experts on several occassions, to get authorization for payment. Several calls werw made and messages left by the DealerShip, but got no response.

On my contract the name First Assured Warranty Corporation is aslo shown, so I also contact them but phone numbers were no longer valid. At this point I feel I have not many options left to recover my initial investment of $1,092.00. I hope that making this report this company will not be able to rip some other persons off the way they have taken my money.
