The sales individual (michael) misrepresented the car to me as I asked him for certain features in the car and he confirmed. After I signed the contract and went to pick up car, as soon as I picked it I discovered that he lied to me, went back and my car had only 5 miles over the initial milage, they refused to take car and accomodate and claimed that the owner is not arround. I called the police and they advised me to leave the car, I handed in my keys and waited two days, went back and was told that the owner does not want to meet with me and either take the car or keep it on my own risk. PS they took my trade in and kept both cars. They treated me really bad, I was left outside in the cold after I paid close to 54000 $ for this car Damage Resulting = I have the car parked, I stuck with a car that does not have what I asked for, humilated by the dealer. Police did not help me, they refused even to give me the name of the owner. They claimed he doe not have a cell phone and he is busy with doctor's appointments. I feel being cheated, stuck with payments.
