This report goes out to the hard working citizens of AMERICA!

I have to report the ridiculous and most pitiful work in my entire life of body work on my loving Dodge Ram 1500 2003 Model Pick-Up Truck. The main guy's AL and Allen... They completely just lied about everything they were gonna do this and that... O yeah "lifetime warranty".. Thats what they used! Me in a situation I was hit by some hit and run drivers... Definitely illegal and drunk because I seen them dumping beer out of there truck that night they fled and then speeding off into the night... My truck was not drivable and the Tow Truck people of course they are going to say THE BODY SHOP DOES THE BEST WORK..."POST OAK COLLISION" that is... FULL OF SHIT!!! I was like alright just take it to the body shop and I will be there 1st thing Monday to view and check the place out. My first instinct was to take it to the dealer. But the accident happened on the weekend and they were closed so it went to Post Oak Collision. I went there on Monday looked at the shop appearance and said the first thing. Hell NO! All junkie and everything. Then they come out and say "You have a nice truck its bad what happen to you.." I was like my truck will be pick up by the dealer so I don't want you guys to touch it... They came to me with this crap... Saying "We do the best work and we will waive your deductible fee with a LIFETIME WARRANTY" we will make sure its back to normal in less than 3 weeks. I had some very bad damage it was my whole back bed and my drive shaft and frame work that needed repairing... My truck was in this body show for over 2 1/2 months... Every time I called they would say they were working on it but wasn't. I called and they said "Yeah we are working on getting more parts from the Insurance Company and lied about it being worked on, because everytime I would go to check on it my truck would still be in the same spot "NOT EVEN TOUCHED"... I was getting so angry and frustrated with these people they did not take care of there customer and they are definitely full of SHIT!!! I would call almost everyday and they would be like we are waiting to get the trucks alignment done. The paint job was horrible they scratch the back of my tailgate of my truck all up and, before the wreck there was not any type of scratch, dent or anything done to my truck. I cursed these people out told them they were not satisfying me with there work because it was taking them to long and they really were not working up to the expectation that they said they were. I am a hard working individual and a law abiding citizen of America. I really would appreciate it if anyone who reads this understands and is looking for a body shop to get there car or truck fixed "PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY BUSINESS... They sucked almost $8,000 more out of my insurance company with lies saying they had to replace something and they really didn't. To make matters worse when I picked up my truck I notice by the next few days my transmission fluid was leaking because they didn't replace a seal from the drive shaft, and another they didn't tighten the back bed of my truck because a total of 4 screws were loose and everytime I would hit a bump it would sound as if my truck was falling apart..."I HAD TO TIGHTEN THEM MYSELF"... I can keep going on for days about this worthless despicable company but, if no one takes my advice they will be the next victim. I am planning to file a lawsuit against this company so beware... Use your 1st instinct always if you have an issue and you love your vehicle and you for sure want it back to normal take it to a shop were they are for sure of a good job and have them show you some previous work they have done for customers... THANKS ALOT! AL and ALLEN you guys will be going down... Soon!!!
