Wouldn't repo car, false theft claims, harrassment!

Looking to start a class action suit against Drive financial.

In 2005 I started leasing a vechial with very high payments but in 2006 I moved and got a much lower paying job. I tried to make the payments on time but i was getting later and later when i realized it just wasn't realistic for me to keep leasing this vechial i contacted drive financial.

I talked to a very rude rep. I told her my situation and told her that i needed to return the car, or they could come re-po it if they liked. She asked why i couldn't make the payments i had a job right? She offered me an extended payment plan that would lower my payment for several months, like that was going to make it all better! I still refused and insisted on them getting the car back. I told her that i had moved and thier information wasn't current and that they would need my new address to come get it. She refused to take my new adress! All she kept doing was trying to get me to make payments i got frustrated and hung up!

So, i decided to stop making payments all together then they would come and get the car. Wrong. That car sat in my drive way for like 6 months. I sent emails to the copany with my adress an stated that i had no intention of paying, I was practically begging them to come get it.

Finally and oppurtunity arose for me in another state and we decided to move, pretty far away. So what was I sopossed to do with this car? We were taking the train so we couldn't take the echial with us... Even if we could what would the point be?

So I drove the stupid car to the train station and i left it in the parking lot. I sent email to company telling exactly where it was and dating the email so they knew it was very recent. I told them if you want your car back you better hurry before it gets towed because i waited 6 months for you to repo it and you never did.

Then the harrassing calls came, they called all my family members all day long saying that theywanted thier payments and they didn't care who it came from. They told them i was trying to steal the car. Then they said that they "sopossedly" went to that location and it wasn't there and that I was lying oh and also that they called the tow companies and they didn't have it. What a load of BS.

They harrassed several members of my fanily for about 2 months. They sent a letter from an attorney to collect debt, thats sopossed to be illegal.
And now i come to find out that there's a big fat 16,000 debt on my credit report from them!
SO PLEASE if anyone is filin a suit against them count me in! They have cause nothing but hassle and headache and debt for me and I would LOVE to see them get thier share.
