Ripoff misleading liars unknowledgable uncaring

Checked quotes online. Liked what i saw. Went and saw the local agent... Asked for full coverage (my truck is financed so have to have it)... He SAID i had it... I asked several times "im covered no matter what right?" and jack rein answered "yes"...

Fast forward to december 15th... I hit a patch of ice... Put my truck in a ditch hit another ditch flew my truck across a dirt road and landed it another ditch. Continued to travel missing a phone pole by about a foot and a half and finally came to a stop about 50 feet out in a wheat field.

Broke my back and bruised my spinal cord. Progressive is refusing to cover my medical bills saying i denied medpay coverage... The only thing i denied was uninsured motorist...

Progressive adjusters directed my fiance into taking the truck to their "approved repair shop" and we have been battling with them over the repairs ever since... Theyre claiming previous damage so wont make full repairs even though i have shown them the pictures before the accident that show the truck in very good condition... Of course had the normal door dings etc and im not asking for them to repair them just repair what was damaged in the accident... Make it look like it did the day i had the accident... Which is what i thought insurance. Especially full coverage... Was for...
