Bad quality product!

I've a 2005 buckshot screaming eagle colbalt blue fatboy. I've had issues again and again using the paint-job and clear layer. I've needed to substitute all of the themes many times due the decay under clearcoat where the simple steel is about the themes and cleat layer chipping. Your day i purchased my bicycle davidson needed to substitute the container because of decay. I'm searching for those who have had related issues. I'm contemplating a 'class-action suit'.
