I felt ripped off today by Hendricks Acura for a 60,000 miles service that they charged $623.00 for, ($373 for Visual Inspection!!!) and then gave 5% off to be $588.52!!!

The car was taken in by my wife and the service man added up total fees to be $ 1427.00, which include a brake which I pointed his attn to that it was just changed 20,000 miles ago and I have not complained about it.
They also want to redo the brake rotor though there is no c. C or any problem or screeching.
He then changed it that they are only doing the back breaks, though last time I assumed I have paid for all brakes to be done since they recommended that all be changed then.

In addition they said the mount is broken and they will change it for $600.00.
I told them not to do the car. They still went ahead and do the Servicing and my wife paid them the $588.52.

I have researched the pricing for this (60,000miles) servicing and its just $ (275 - 325).

I just wish for everybody to know the ripoff and the racket that is going on with this company, and I hope to copy this same letter to the company expressing my displeasure as well as to the Honda company.

I know the economy is tanking, but they cannot kill off the consumer with this kind of Pricing.

I think they are greedy and dishonest.
