Almost killed me

Had both inner tie rods replaced by Joeseph Babcock of Midas Auto Service 489 Court Street Binghamton N.Y. (ph#607-724-6060) 2780 miles later due to Joeseph Babcock of Midas failing to install the retaining pins in both inner tie rods. This caused excessive wear on the other components AND one inner tie rod was stripped out very nearly causing a catastrophic accident. Babcock and Midas hired the largest law firm in Binghamton to defend him. Mind you now that the first repair done by Midas is in NYS, the failure happened in Wilkes-Barre PA. The judge asked me to get "the" mechanic, which I attempted to do. Due to a jurisdictional line a subpeona could NOT be issued to get "the" mechanic I needed. To say the least I lost in court.

All should know that Midas of 489 Court St. Binghamton, NY AND Joseph Babcock are NOT honorable, honest, trustworthy, nor competent. To hire a large law firm (Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP) to defend oneself in a small claims action is an act of cowardice.
