Drive Time
Illegal FCRA practices

Checking around it seems that Drive time does not understand the law. The law clearly states that a creditor cannot discuss your account with any one other than you or a spouse.

Drive time has done this to me 3 times, even after extensive warnings. The last time they challanged me to see a lawyer.

As I am sure that it has been done to others, I am trying to find people who would like to file a class action suit against them we should have no problem getting an attorney who will take it on a contingency. To get ahold of me, use my name at hotmail
