Approved disability on my truck, suffered a ebolism, insurace then was taken away Memphis Tennessee

I purchased a mazda truck in july. I filled out the disability insurance and was approved. Shortly thereafter, i suffered from an embolim. I then called nuvell about the disability. They then sent another application to be filled out. They then disapproved my insurance. The first application stated: have you been sick or hopitalized in the last two months. I answered no. I suffered an ebolism shortly thereafter, i called to claim disability on the truck. They sent a second application diapproving my insurance.

First of all, i was approved insurance, suffered from an illness, then decline. The disability that i have taking out for disabilty (about thirty something dollars, still applied toward my monthly truck payment.in january of this year i suffered a second embolism and required to be out of work permanantly from my physician.

I feel like i have been ripped off twice!
