Took 99.00 dollars out of my checking account and promised me a refund in august 12...
On August 12 I relized 99.00 was debited from my checking account. I called the bank and they gave me a phone nunber where I could call.
On August 12 they told me within 30 days I would recieve a refund. I did not receive the refund. Now they say they have to do a trace on the check, which will take 3 weeks. I have not been able to get any info. They said they are not alloed to give a phone number, city, or state that the Hartford auto club is in so I can contact them.
