Won't investigate, I got ripped off, with 4 eye witnesses that GOT tag

My son was forced off the road by one of USAA clients. 3 witnesses plus my son got the discription AND tag #, USAA says they can't call the witness because she gets off work after they do. There is no question that the insured vehicle was there. Owner denies being there saying maybe his car was stolen. But, he never reported it. The guy lives within 2 miles of the accident. Nice that the thief was kind enough to bring his car back, and put the keys back in his pocket.

WHAT a Crock. If you are a horrible drive then get your insurance with them, you will never have a claim against you.
