Terrible-AWFUL

Would not recommend to anyone, terrible service, awful business practices. We were told numerous lies and were promised on three occasions that the car would be finished. When each promised deadline came, Sudden Impact (Jose) would make up more excuses to why the car was not finished.

When it comes to customer service I have never been treated so poorly. When we went to the business to check up on the progress of the car we were made to wait over an hour and a half. When the owner (Jose) finally came out to talk to us he basically brushed us off. They claim to be christains but they do not act in a christain way. If you need autobody work done, do not take your car here, you will be very disappointed.
