Failed to deliver goods and refused access to their web site after payment was taken Swindon United Kingdom

Ordered a pit bike from dirtbikeandquadworld.co.uk made a payment to www.moneybookers.com. Had an e mail next day to say order not paid for
went on to their web site and e mailed them that order had been paid for
and had order number and asked them to confirm this. Have had nothing back and have been refused access to there web site. It keeps telling us our account is on hold. We have since checked this site wont let us back on.
