Bad Service-Ripoff of customer-Manager very rude

I set up an appointment to have my keyless remote programmed. It took them less than 5 minutes to tell me that they could not program it and they still charged me. I spent over 50 dollars with them charging me and gas to get there even though they did not do any work as far as programming my remote. They were also very rude.
