Fedup! They need to be stopped. Before any othe honest citizens get taken for there money and there dignity

May I purchased a 1995 jeep cherokee sport my first car. About 2wks later i was contacted by Great Atlantic Warranty. I was asked if i would like to extend my warranty, being that this was my first car ever owned i wanted to take care of it, and thought this would be a good way. Especially after what they said it covered. So then they told me how much it would be 1800.00 with 0% interest for 5 years. 1800.00 was alittle steep for me so they said i could put 675.00 down and 69.17 monthly, so thats what i did, i was always on time with my payments. After the 5th payment i had a problem with my car, i took it to a reliable mechanic and we file a claim like they said to do. Well it was denied. Which in the terms it states that it was. So i had to pay for the work on my car myself. Called the GAW back and asked why it was denied they said it was not covered. So it didnt seem like they wanted to help me with anything. So iasked them about a refund the women on the phone said she would get back to me. Weeks went by and nothing so i called them back and of course to my surprise she said it was non-refundable. I told them i wanted them no more and wanted the monthly payment to stop. I have put out 1020.85 to them and had to pay my car repairs 936.00. I dont think its fair that they are able to get away with this its happen to far to many people already. I thik that justice needs to be done, not just for myself but for all the other honest people out there. Thank you!!
