The salesperson calling to offer us an extended warranty on our car indicated that the warranty would begin immediately. He was asked if this was the case more than once and assured us that this was the case. When a problem with our car arose shortly thereafter, the company insisted that we had been informed that there was a 90 day waiting period. The manager at the time, Richard Williams, hung up on me when I called to complain.

This company has several negative reports posted online by various other people who have had difficulties with them. (My greatest error was failing to research this company before spending $2000 on a "warranty"... My mistake!) I strongly advise that you do not do business with this company as their claims are misleading and you may very well lose money! Don't repeat our mistake!
