Inc. Not honoring warranties period. Still using same name, address, and phone number

This company has refused to honor any existing transmission warranties because it says it changed ownership. However, they are still doing business under the same name, at the same location and phone number, and accoriding to their information, still with many of the same people. I have over 50 transmission still under warranty with them that could potentially cost me much.
