Dishonest company sent wrong part and making me pay shipping back to them!

This company is well known for shipping the wrong part and then charging the buyer for return shipping (see their BBB report). Dishonest, arrogant sales staff are impossible to reach, will not return phone calls, and argue that I (the buyer) am lying. They shipped me the wrong part and now they are making me pay shipping back to them before I can get the correct part. This item is heavy and very expensive to return. Never do business with these people!
