Lying, Dishonest People

I ordered merchandise from these "Scum Bags" back in August '07. Needless to say, I never received my order. I called 3-4 times, and each time I was told the item was on backorder, but that they would upgrade my shipping so I would receive it faster, when it came in. They knowingly lied to me each time I called. This is THEFT, DISCEPTION and FRAUD, which I beleive is still against the law.
