Poor Service, unclean car, no fuel!

I'm an associate of the Military and also have hired 3 vehicles from Business in 3 different towns. Our criticism seems to be a systemic issue aside from area. Business has been around lifestyle over 40yrs. The caliber of customer support seems to be about the decrease. I'd prefer to consult with somebody from your own corporate workplace, and so I may know how this method is suppose to function. What amazes me is the fact that at each area I told them concerning the encounter in the prior rental. Used to do not obtain any payment like a free rental, nevertheless I actually do possess a business-card from ATL airport area supervisor for an update, I reside in Virginia.

That's obviously an incident of incompetency.

Next event was in Woodbridge, Virginia Nov 07, again invested half an hour attempting to checkout. Vehicle wasn't prepared at period provided, needed to pick up vehicle from another area then there is no gas and also the vehicle needed to be cleaned.

The 3rd event was 11 Dec 07 in the Springfield, Virginia area, required half an hour to checkout, since vehicle was dirty and again no gas. I'm confident that I'll not hire another vehicle from Business or suggest them to other people. Suggest the current company guidelines be examined and correct instruction is directed at workers.
