This Company Wachovia Dealers located in Tampa Florida are the biggest "RipOff" con-artists of modern day. They make you believe they are working for you to help you if you are in a Financial bind. This all started after I lost my job and was out of work for nearly 6 months.

In all I kept trying to continue paying my bills the best I could, when I got behind in payments to my vehicle I began to get calls 3 and 4 times a day I explained my plight and they said that they will work with me to keep me in the vehicle. I explained that it was the only means of transportation and did not want to lose my vehicle.

I was in contact with Noel who really worked with me however Joe found that I needed to be out of the vehicle because I couldn't keep up with the payments. He kept harrassing me bombarding me with calls that I just simply stop taking his calls. I had made arrangement with Noel to bring the vehicle up to date on the 29th of November when Joe who works in the recovery dept dispatched a tow truck to come and pick up the vehicle in the middle of the night on the 27th of November without checking their computer system to see if any arrangements were made or just simply disregarded them. I believe he had a personal vandetta and I was his next subject. Another notch in belt sort of speak as the "Recovery Demon".

Now it's costing me double the amount to get my vehicle back had Joe had waited 2 more days to get my payment. Not fair and should not be tolerated.

Something has to be done to stop this from happening. The reason I am writing to you is because justice has to prevail in these matters. They can not keep doing this and keep getting away with it.

I hope this does not fall upon deaf ears of blind eyes. Help us win the WAR not just the battle.
