Finance Mgr David At Unethical, dishonest and thief who adds non-agreed - to addl. Charges to your contract., Sandy, Utah

I agreed to purchase my fourth car from Larry Miller Chrysler and was approved on a $40k Pacifica. I told the salesperson Eddie (who was excellent) to tell the finance mgr. That I was sensitive to the fact that they might try to SNEAK in addl. Charges in the paperwork. I explained it happened before with Mike at the Larry Miller Dodge store next door where j had caught it twice and we had to RE-DRAW up the paperwork twice.

So, when I finally was ready to do the paperwork on this new Pacifica I even told the finance mgr what happened before as well. He ensured me that HE WOULD NEVER DO THAT! He then showed me an extended service plan which INEVER agree to but on this one I did which would add $1040 to the sale. When presented with the paperwork David try to distract my attention away from the service plan. I noticed it was more than we agreed. I asked him to itemize what I was being charged for and SURE ENOUGH HE TRIED TO SNEAK IN ANOTHER $200 worth of add-ons!

Nice job David! Between you and Mike you just cost Larry Miller a lifetime consumer. I will never purchase another item from any miller company again. And remember boys, bad news travel than good and I intend to tell everone I know and/or talk to!!!
